We do not offer free return shipping or free shipping on exchanges or purchases when store credit is applied. Shipping will be deducted from your store credit or you will be invoiced for the difference.

Items are eligible for return if:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are received or postmarked within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items are not sale items. All sale items are final sale.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date.
Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. All online credits automatically expire 2 years after after the date of creation.
To return an item by mail please include a copy of the original receipt with your item, along with your name and contact information. Send all returns to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and sales tax. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
